Ravens Reinforce O-Line with veteran tackle Joe Noteboom after draft haul

After drafting three offensive linemen in 2025, the Baltimore Ravens continued to bolster their protection by bringing in veteran tackle Joe Noteboom, who joined the team after his stint with the Los Angeles Rams.Colts bench QB Anthony Richardson for Joe Flacco

Drafted in the third round in 2018, Joe Noteboom spent seven seasons with the Rams and helped them capture a Super Bowl LVI title. Now with the Ravens, the veteran tackle instantly boosts the team’s offensive line with his experience. Baltimore, still anchored by former All-Pro Ronnie Stanley, also bolstered its line by drafting tackles Emery Jones Jr. and Carson Vinson in the middle rounds of the 2025 NFL Draft.Colts bench QB Anthony Richardson for Joe Flacco

Noteboom served as one of Sean McVay’s steadiest offensive linemen for almost a decade. However, injuries have consistently derailed his progress. He appeared in just four games last season due to various health issues and has played in only 24 of the Rams’ last 53 games over the past three years.

The 29-year-old inked a three-year, $40 million deal with the Rams in March 2022, but his season was cut short after just six starts due to a torn Achilles. He bounced back in 2023, appearing in 14 games and starting eight.Colts bench QB Anthony Richardson for Joe Flacco

Although Noteboom carved out a starting role during his time with the Rams, he’ll likely serve as a depth piece in Baltimore in 2025. At 31, he isn’t expected to challenge Ronnie Stanley at left tackle, and with 2024 second-round pick Roger Rosengarten showing promise as a rookie, the Ravens seem set at the bookend spots.
