“I think there’s some belief that Darius Garland might be available under the right circumstances,” Windhorst said on ESPN Cleveland. “I think the Cavs are listening and open-minded.”

He was selected to his second All-Star Game and helped lead the Cavaliers to a league-best 64-18 record and the top seed in the Eastern Conference.

Garland is entering the third year of a five-year, $197 million contract, with a salary of over $39 million for the upcoming season.
