Christian Norgaard only wanted Arsenal despite interest from Tottenham
TBR Football’s chief correspondent, Graeme Bailey, understands that once Arsenal made their approach for Christian Norgaard, he made it clear he only wanted to move to the Emirates.

We understand that the Danish midfielder was left unsettled by Frank’s departure from Brentford. That is when his agents reached out to assess his options.

Soon, it became known that both Arsenal and Tottenham were interested in his services, but we have been told that Norgaard only had one thought in his mind, and that was a move to the red side of North London.

Arsenal were looking at numerous midfield options, including Sevilla’s Lucien Agoume and Lille’s Ayyoub Bouaddi, upon learning that Partey was heading out. But, it is believed that the chance to land an experienced and highly-regarded Premier League performer was too good to turn down.
