Manor Solomon transfer update as Leeds United handed £34.5m twist after deal agreed
Latest Leeds United transfer news and rumours with Manor Solomon, Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Rodrigo Muniz updates
Leeds United have been involved in three major transfer updates in the last 24 hours with a Daniel Farke wish finally being granted. The Whites have been busy strengthening their squad this summer with avoiding Premier League relegation the clear target.
Seven senior additions have been brought in over the last few months with more, particularly in attack, expected. After losing out on Igor Paixao to Marseille, Leicester City’s Bilal El Khannouss, former loan star Manor Solomon and Fulham striker Rodrigo Muniz continue to be linked as other potential marquee signings.
A natural centre-forward coming in is likely the positional priority but it does not look set to be the latter who joins. However, free agent Dominic Calvert-Lewin will be aiming to fill that void with an agreement reached to bring him to Leeds.
With all of that being said, LeedsLive takes a look at the latest transfer rumours from in and around Elland Road…
Solomon transfer update
According to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, Solomon could depart Spurs in the final weeks of the window with movement starting. He has added that there is interest from La Liga and the Premier League.
LeedsLive says: Farke would undoubtedly love to bring Solomon back with the player likely keen on a return given the promotion campaign, however there appears to be plenty of competition for his signature.

Considering Tottenham’s transfer business thus far, a permanent exit for Solomon looks extremely likely. If that is the route taken, Leeds may struggle to compete financially with other interested parties given what they have already spent.
Another temporary move being sanctioned will likely be the best chance Leeds have of signing him.
