Everton Set to Make £12m Offer to Sign ‘Outstanding’ Star
Everton are now prepared to offer in the region of £12m to West Ham United to sign Czech Republic international Tomas Soucek, according to a report from TEAMtalk.
Soucek, who has been described as ‘outstanding’ by Scouting Stats, has been a key player for Everton manager David Moyes in the past. The two worked together at West Ham, and there’s a chance that they are reunited in the summer transfer window. The Toffees are in the market for new additions as they prepare for their first campaign in their new stadium on Bramley Moore Dock.
Adding a midfielder to their squad could be one of Everton’s priorities after losing a host of players in this position over the last few weeks. Abdoulaye Doucoure left the club following the expiration of his contract, while Orel Mangala also departed after his loan spell from French side Lyon ended.
According to a report from TEAMtalk, Everton are set to make an offer to sign West Ham midfielder Soucek ‘imminently’. The Toffees are believed to be readying a £12m bid for the Czech international, and it’s a figure that is likely to meet West Ham’s valuation.
